Primagaz integrated Alfresco into the Jahia portal

Smile supported Primagaz with the implementation of various Intranet tools, including a Jahia portal combined with a library of documents managed by Alfresco 2.1.


A library in a portal!

Smile's work consisted of technological and methodological assistance for the integration of these two tools. By using custom developed WebScripts, the layout of directories and documents contained in the Alfresco library were made accessible via a screen contained in the Jahia Intranet Portal. Navigation through and the download of documents was made possible in the same way as in Alfresco. Smile worked on:

  • the prototype for the solution
  • the data architecture for the portal
  • the integration of the Alfresco library into Jahia
  • third party maintenance of applications
