How do we run your Intranet project?

1. We design a solution that meets your requirements
The design stage identifies the most suitable technical solution to meet your specific requirements:
- by analysing your issues, by looking at operational, technical and organisational aspects, and by supporting you to formalise users' requirements;
- by designing a detailled technical solution that relies as much as possible on generic applications or applications that are already in place in your organisation.
Our proposed solution is put into place by using:
- a technical specification that specifies IT developments on which the Intranet solution will rely;
- a project quality plan ( PQP ) that lists the reciprocal commitments required to ensure the project runs smoothly.
2. We optimise how your Intranet project is run
Because it is important that your organisation remains in control of its project, particularly in regards to features, budgets and time. We therefore suggest setting up two work groups:
- a steering committee that manages strategic aspects of the project;
- a group of key users that are involved in every stage of the project.

3. We carry out all the build work
The key part of this stage is our engineering service: we carry out integration and custom developments listed in the technical specifications of your project. The delivery of the portal is preceded by a testing and quality assurance stage that ensures compliance with the Intranet project's specifications.
